Oceanarium of Jeddah, LEED, EZA, WAZA, ISO.

Stakeholders : JCDC, SOM, MBL The office led the Building Information Modeling (BIM) scope for the Jeddah Oceanarium Project, in direct collaboration with Red Sea Global and the design team headed by the world-renowned architect Norman Foster. The scope of work included developing architectural shop drawings and coordinating BIM processes using Revit and the Autodesk Construction Cloud platform. The office also oversaw the management of architectural modeling workflows, reviewing and verifying drawings to ensure compliance with technical standards and constructability requirements. In addition, continuous coordination with multidisciplinary teams was maintained to achieve seamless technical integration and high efficiency, in close cooperation with the project management team.

The nature of this role required achieving the highest balance between speed, accuracy, and effective coordination under strict deadlines, ensuring the delivery of final documentation that meets the client’s expectations and adheres to international quality standards.
