restoration of the Piazza Fidia office building 8,400 sqm office building Designed by the architect Stefano Belingardi The restoration project of the 8,400 sqm office building in Piazza Fidia was born from the encounter between innovation and functionality. Designed by the architect Stefano Belingardi in the Milan Isola district -between Scalo Farini and Porta Nuova-, the building was designed to offer efficient and sustainable workspaces. The role included studying the architectural design and analyzing its various aspects, in addition to defining the technical steps required for project execution, safety plans, and construction phases. These details were also presented through accurate illustrative drawings that contributed to strengthening the tender submission file, ultimately leading to a successful bid award.
