NEW LIFE RESORT

The first prize award for designing the first eco-tourism resort in the city of Fayoum, Egypt. The design concept relied on using local materials in the surrounding environment, along with the use of organic farming, recycling and reuse of water, which significantly reduces energy consumption. The design focused on minimizing energy consumption by utilizing natural lighting, and the addition of solar cells that greatly enhance the resort’s energy efficiency.
